When you say you have been replacing things are you talking exterior or motor parts? What type if any other then oil changes have you done? Low idle speed or out of sync carbs are also on my list.

I would do this, get new plugs, clean or replace the air filter, get fresh gas, test the battery. If nothing none of those would be expensive or terribly un-needed.
